Job Title: Part-Time Care Coordinator
Location: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust
We are seeking a skilled social worker to work in close partnership with researchers, delivering an NIHR funded trial. The care coordinator will play a key role in the DECISION care pathway and training package.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new research trial led by Chief Investigators Dr Louise Robinson and Dr Katrina Forsyth. As a social worker, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team ensuring appropriate measures are in place for social care delivery.

Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality social work interventions as part of the DECISION care pathway
- Collaborate with researchers and healthcare professionals to ensure effective service delivery
- Contribute to the development of social care policies and procedures
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements- Recognised Social Work Qualification at Degree level or above
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
- A record of continuing professional development (CPD)
