Job Title: Regional Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Regional Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and independent retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
