About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic Field Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and building strong relationships with our customers in the Merthyr Tydfil area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Valid Full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record
