Your Mission

Your mission is to immerse yourself in our customer's needs and develop a deep understanding of their pain points. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to build a product roadmap that meets the evolving needs of our customers. With a focus on delivering a differentiated experience, you will drive the product direction for NALA's core product and bring your expertise in fintech and payments to the table.

Your Responsibilities
  • Product Visionary: Develop a product vision that aligns with NALA's business goals and customer needs.
  • Customer Advocate: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and use this feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Product Strategist: Develop and execute a product strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborator: Work closely with design, engineering, research, and other teams to refine product plans and ensure successful execution.
  • Competitor Analyst: Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and stay ahead of the market.
  • Problem Solver: Develop solutions to complex problems and drive product development to meet customer needs.
  • Communicator: Effectively communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including the C-suite.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and software engineering experience to analyze product data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development to meet business goals.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
