We are seeking a talented Budget Management Specialist to join our team at Agility Resourcing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, grant budgeting, and financial reporting.

  • Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
Job Description

About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading education provider who brings world-class expertise to the UK education sector.

As a Budget Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a significant budget, working closely with the Programme Manager and Officer to review and finalise progress reports.

You will ensure that robust project management processes and procedures are implemented and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage grant payment processes once reports are finalised and approved.
  • Provide required information to the finance team for accurate and timely grant payments.
  • Monthly reconciliation of the grant account to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the Head of Finance UK with grant auditing process.
  • Set up new grant-approved providers in the system and conduct onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Experience working with finance processes and procedures.
  • Proven ability to work in and across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
