Job Description:As a Project Budget Specialist at Network Plus Services, you will play a crucial role in defining project scope and developing budgets for new projects. Collaborate with operational leads to deliver Design and Build Contracts, managing tender portfolios, producing tender packages, and liaising with internal and external departments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and financial skills, with experience in the design and build industry, focusing on clean and wastewater projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope and develop budgets for new projects
- Collaborate with operational leads to deliver Design and Build Contracts
- Manage tender portfolios and produce tender packages
- Liaise with internal and external departments
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as engineering or construction management
- Strong technical and financial skills
- Experience in the design and build industry, with a focus on clean and wastewater projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
