We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management professional to join our Healthcare team in Manchester.

About the Team

Our team utilizes market-leading digital Cost Management technology, ensuring we create value and achieve the best solutions for our clients. We work in an inclusive environment with clear direction, career development, and progression paths.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering cost management services in healthcare or life sciences, with a strong understanding of NEC forms of contract. A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar is required, along with full membership or working towards RICS (MRICS), ACostE or equivalent professional qualification.

As a Cost Management professional, you will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery on new and exciting projects, using bespoke tools and apps to optimize cost performance. You will also work collaboratively with leading design teams, sector specialists, and tier one main contractors to manage the design to budget.

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
