About Our Client
Our client is a leading tier 1 construction contractor with an excellent reputation within the industry. They operate across various sectors, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and more. Their projects range from large-scale developments to bespoke projects.

**Job Responsibilities**
As an Estimator, your duties will include producing tenders, budget estimates, and cost plans. You will review bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports, applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission. You will also identify financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities, measure quantities, and produce Bills of Quantities or oversee their production by others. Additionally, you will ensure enquiries are issued and quotations received from subcontractors and suppliers.

**Salary and Benefits**
