The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Job Description:

This is a fantastic chance for a sales professional to take their career to the next level. As a Sales Development Lead, you will be responsible for

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Negotiating deals and closing sales
  • Working closely with the client service team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, which includes a basic salary of £25,000 and an OTE of up to £12,000. In addition to this, you will receive a range of benefits, including

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances quickly
