At SD Worx, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our UK sales team. With over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales and at least 3 years in a leadership role within the HCM industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Develop a sales department strategy aligned with company goals and work with the UK Country Leader and leadership team to achieve this objective.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and offering support where needed to drive employee performance related to sales goals.
  • Develop strategies for improving sales performance through increased sales volume or higher margins on existing sales.
  • Provide sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance to senior leadership.
Your Profile:
  • 10+ years experience in enterprise software sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the HCM, HR Tech, SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals in a competitive marketplace.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • A relentless drive to meet or exceed sales goals, with a track record of delivering results in a high-pressure environment.
