Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our UK sales team at SD Worx. With over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales and at least 3 years in a leadership role within the HCM industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.
About the Job:- Develop a sales department strategy aligned with company goals and work with the UK Country Leader and leadership team to achieve this objective.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and offering support where needed to drive employee performance related to sales goals.
- Develop strategies for improving sales performance through increased sales volume or higher margins on existing sales.
- Provide sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance to senior leadership.
- 10+ years experience in enterprise software sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the HCM, HR Tech, SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals in a competitive marketplace.
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- A relentless drive to meet or exceed sales goals, with a track record of delivering results in a high-pressure environment.
