About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FM Administrator to join our team at Serco. As an FM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the FM Manager and wider contract team
- Operate the FM helpdesk and manage issues using the CAFM system
- Support procurement activities, including local and framework-based purchasing
- Generate reports and forecasts based on CAFM system data
- Work closely with the contract team to ensure seamless operations and maintain accurate asset information
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of payroll and purchasing systems
- Competent knowledge of CAFM systems and ability to become a subject matter expert
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivation and ability to manage time and priorities well
