FM Administrator Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FM Administrator to join our team at Serco. As an FM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the FM Manager and wider contract team
  • Operate the FM helpdesk and manage issues using the CAFM system
  • Support procurement activities, including local and framework-based purchasing
  • Generate reports and forecasts based on CAFM system data
  • Work closely with the contract team to ensure seamless operations and maintain accurate asset information

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Knowledge of payroll and purchasing systems
  • Competent knowledge of CAFM systems and ability to become a subject matter expert
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage time and priorities well
