Retirement Accommodation Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Leasehold Living Administrator to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our business, including coordinating activities, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality administration services and a strong background in property management or a related field. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homeowners, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete health and safety checks, ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of safety and security.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Highly organized and efficient, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
