Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Services Manager to join our team at Yeats Lodge in Thame. As a key member of our retirement development, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, providing excellent customer service to our homeowners, and working closely with contractors and suppliers to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including health and safety checks
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless communication
  • Organise activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our homeowners
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative when required
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £23,450 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including annual holiday entitlement, life assurance, and eye care reimbursement.
