Retirement Living Operations Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people and has a background in administration and customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with our Area Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with our residents, contractors, and internal colleagues. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the development are managed effectively, efficiently, and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development
- Organize activities and events for residents
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents
- Work closely with the Area Manager and other stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in administration and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures

The salary for this role is approximately £44,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
