**Job Summary**

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all administrative tasks relating to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide front-of-house support, including greeting clients and visitors, and handling phone calls and emails.
  • Assist with property-related tasks, such as administration and coordination.
  • Approve and review labeling and packaging layouts.
  • Check and proofread all marketing materials, both printed and digital.
  • Arrange and send customer samples in conjunction with brand managers.
  • Track and ship parcels to and from overseas suppliers.
  • Correspond with overseas agents and suppliers via email.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office tasks, including generating mailings, filing, and general tidying.
  • Communicate with distributors and customers.
  • Update records in Excel and Word documents.

Requirements:

  • Confident and clear communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to plan and organize tasks in an office environment, within a specified deadline.
  • Highly organized with good prioritization skills.
