We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic administrator to join our Teaching Organisation within the Deanery of Molecular, Genetic and Population Health Sciences at the University of Edinburgh.

About the Role:

As a Programme Administrator, you will provide essential support to our programmes, students, and teaching staff throughout the academic year. You will work closely with our teaching staff, Programme Directors, and the wider Teaching Organisation team to deliver a high-quality level of teaching and student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to programmes and teaching staff
  • Assist with student queries and issues
  • Coordinate programme events and activities
  • Develop and maintain programme documentation
  • Collaborate with the Teaching Organisation team to achieve programme goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
