Programme Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic administrator to join our Teaching Organisation within the Deanery of Molecular, Genetic and Population Health Sciences at the University of Edinburgh.

The Opportunity:

As a Programme Administrator, you will provide essential support to our programmes, students, and teaching staff throughout the academic year. You will work closely with our teaching staff, Programme Directors, and the wider Teaching Organisation team to deliver a high-quality level of teaching and student experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our programmes and teaching staff
  • Assist with the delivery of a high-quality level of teaching and student experience
  • Work closely with the Teaching Organisation team to achieve our goals
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Your Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and show initiative
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work individually and in a team, building effective relationships with colleagues
