Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Discipline Support Administrator.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director of Discipline and Discipline Programme Manager, as well as the day-to-day supervision of one Discipline Support Administrative Assistant located within the Teaching Support Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior honours and taught masters' programmes and courses for the discipline.
  • Support the Academic Course Organisers and Taught Masters Programme Directors.
  • Contribute to the development of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to plan their own workload and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Experience of using IT systems, software, and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan own workload and take into account the workloads of others.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in both written and figure work.
