Job Summary

The Claims Processing Manager position involves managing a portfolio of Aviva policyholders' total loss claims through to settlement. As a member of our team, you will work closely with customers, analyzing claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement efficient claims processing systems.
  2. Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to resolve claims promptly.

About You

You will have experience in claims management and motor claims, with strong planning and analytical capabilities. You will also have a commitment to diversity and inclusivity, as well as a willingness to undergo comprehensive training on total loss and claims overview.

Estimated Salary
