About The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at CarFinance 247. As a key member of our Customer Contact Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to discuss their loan applications and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct qualification calls to understand customers' needs and preferences.
  • Follow a structured sales process to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed targets for activity and quality metrics.
