Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, and closely collaborating with stakeholders including SEO and brand teams, you will oversee, evaluate, and enhance data-driven CRM performance across diverse brands.

Your Responsibilities Include:

1. Strategizing, executing, and assessing multi-channel CRM initiatives, consistently enhancing acquisition and effectiveness of marketing activities.

2. Conducting experimental campaigns to boost website and landing page conversion rates, employing A/B testing to continually refine your efforts for superior campaign outcomes.

3. Managing internal resources to ensure that both fixed and variable deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and as per specifications.

4. Performing needs assessments through technology, content, and process evaluations, identifying new opportunities for enhancement and development of lifecycle campaigns, incorporating stakeholder feedback.

5. Ensuring that campaigns, creative briefs, and other strategic marketing documents, along with the overall campaign calendar, accurately reflect marketing goals, target demographics, and ROI aligned with brand strategy.

6. Utilizing analytics platforms for the assessment and reporting of campaign and testing outcomes, proposing enhancements to elevate KPIs.

7. Compiling summary reports and post-campaign evaluations for all projects, leveraging Business Intelligence resources to ensure comprehensive understanding and insights.

8. Collaborating with the SEO team to develop content that guides prospects through the consumer journey and working closely with broader marketing teams to create campaigns based on directives from the Head of Marketing Operations and Brand Leadership.

About You...

You will be a high-achieving Lead Generation Marketing Specialist with a strong blend of marketing, analytical, and communication abilities, while fostering solid working relationships with a variety of stakeholders at different levels.

Key Experience Required:

1. 3-5+ years of experience in CRM and/or multi-channel digital marketing.

2. A solid grasp of demand generation strategies and marketing best practices, with experience in developing and executing testing, designing and analyzing contact strategies, automation tools, and optimizing customer experiences.

3. Proficient in collaborating with developers, possessing basic HTML/CSS/JS/SQL skills, alongside strong analytical capabilities.

4. A data-centric mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance.

5. Capability to interpret and present data/results (both written and verbal) to stakeholders in engaging and meaningful ways.

6. Advanced proficiency in marketing automation solutions and MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

7. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently within a complex organization.

8. Proven time management skills with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Prior experience in preparing summary reports and conducting post-campaign analyses.
