Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evaluate campaigns and automations using Marketo
  • Develop, manage, and enhance nurture journeys for key prospect and customer interactions
  • Implement automation and AI strategies to improve lead management processes
  • Assist team members by sharing your strategic insights
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports on email journeys relative to established targets
  • Engage with essential stakeholders to understand the sales funnel and refine nurture programs

Qualifications Required:

  • Proficient experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Understanding of lead scoring methodologies and the application of last touch and multi-touch attribution to optimize lead engagement
  • Capability to establish automations and integrations between CRM systems and various platforms
  • Background in data analysis and reporting, along with familiarity with lead generation metrics
