Marketing Automation Specialist

Join Duval Associates Ltd - Recruitment Specialist - UK in Manchester City Centre and become a key player in our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring campaigns and automations, building and managing nurture journeys, and providing weekly and monthly reporting on email journeys against targets.

We are looking for a hands-on, problem-solver who loves to experiment, measure, and use automation to make daily life easier. You must be able to handle complex marketing automation systems and ideally pick up Marketo super-fast and roll with it.

This is an environment that has emphasis on ownership of campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity, and a drive to continually improve. You will work with key stakeholders, such as the sales team, to understand the funnel and optimise nurture programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting marketing team members with strategic expertise
  • Setting up and monitoring campaigns and automations
  • Building and managing nurture journeys
  • Providing weekly and monthly reporting on email journeys against targets
  • Working with key stakeholders to understand the funnel and optimise nurture programmes

Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency with Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce or similar systems
  • Experience in lead scoring and using last touch as well as multi touch attribution to improve lead pipeline & engagement
  • Experience in setting up integrations and automations between CRM systems and other platforms
  • Ability to work with SQL, Velocity, dynamic content to webhooks
  • A solid understanding of lead generation data with reporting experience
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
