Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd - Recruitment Specialist - UK.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency with Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce or similar systems, and experience in lead scoring and using last touch as well as multi-touch attribution to improve lead pipeline & engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing & optimising nurture journeys for all key prospect and customer journeys and trigger points, monitoring overall campaign performance and health, and developing martech stack to industry-leading standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting marketing team members with strategic expertise, setting up and monitoring campaigns and automations.
  • Building, managing & optimising nurture journeys for all key prospect and customer journeys and trigger points.
  • Monitoring overall campaign performance and health.
  • Developing martech stack to industry-leading standard.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reporting on email journeys against targets.
  • Working with key stakeholders, such as the sales team, to understand the funnel and optimise nurture programmes.

Requirements include:

  • Advanced proficiency with Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Experience in lead scoring and using last touch as well as multi-touch attribution to improve lead pipeline & engagement.
  • Experience in setting up integrations and automations between CRM systems and other platforms.
  • Ability to work with SQL, Velocity, dynamic content to webhooks.
  • A solid understanding of lead generation data with reporting experience.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams.
