  • IT Support: Process and manage IT change requests
  • Local Information Management: Manage local information using established systems
  • Procurement: Process and manage procurement requests
  • Record Management: Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of computerized and manual records
  • Process Mapping: Assist with the production of core process maps
  • Document Management: Process and record documents related to goods and services
  • Office Administration: Administer room bookings, meetings, and events
  • Communication: Respond to external and internal telephone enquiries and personal callers
  • Hire Car Booking: Administer hire car bookings
  • General Office Administration: Provide general office administration support
  • Printing: Handle printing requests
  • Alert Notifications: Circulate alert office notifications as required
  • Data Management: Record, supply, and retrieve accurate data from computerized systems
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential data in accordance with data protection requirements
  • Shared Services: Work closely with Shared Services to ensure appropriate protocols and procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in a business services or support role
  • Business Services Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business services and administrative functions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
