Tutor Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tutor Support Officer to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our tutors and ensuring the smooth delivery of our employability courses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our tutors, including onboarding meetings, weekly calls, and issue resolution.
- Liaise with the Pathways Manager to address issues and provide support to tutors.
- Process employability course requests, analyze weekly overdue reports, and address issues with tutors.
- Monitor and process DBS applications, completions, and withdrawal requests for learners.
- Ensure delivery plans are up to date and amend CCRs as needed.
- Process applications for eligible learners' badges, cards, and licenses.
- Conduct your role in line with company values and expected behaviors.
- Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.
- Comply with Safeguarding, Prevent, and Health and Safety Policies.
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Business Administration level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
