Sports Coach Position - Join Our Dynamic Team
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our dynamic team at P Banister LLP. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will have the opportunity to shape the lives of our young players, teaching them the skills and values necessary to succeed in life.
About the Job
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of enthusiasm, patience, and understanding. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging football sessions that cater to the needs and abilities of our players.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative and engaging football sessions.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of player progress and achievements.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year's experience working with children (or equivalent).
- Lead Coach/Manager experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.00-£16.00, plus bonus scheme and profit sharing/share options.
