Company Overview

P Banister LLP is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sports Coach. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with children aged 2-8 years old, coaching football in a fun and supportive environment.

Salary

The salary for this position is £11.00-£16.00 per hour, depending on age and experience. This is a competitive hourly rate that reflects the importance of this role in supporting the development of our young players.

Job Description

  • This role involves leading football sessions for children aged 2-8 years old, promoting teamwork, discipline, and a love of the game.
  • You will need to be able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all.
  • A driver's licence and own car would be advantageous for this role, as you may be required to travel to different locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least one year's experience working with children is preferred, but full training will be given to the right candidate.
  • Lead Coach/Manager experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • You should be an enthusiastic and fun person, with boundless energy and a winning personality.
