About This Opportunity

This exciting leadership role involves overseeing the growth and management of two Ofsted-regulated residential care homes, ensuring exceptional standards of care and compliance.

  • Manage placements and lead a dedicated team to support children's development and well-being.
  • Contribute to the SC2 Ofsted application during your notice period (if applicable) and consult part-time to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Details:

  • Ideal Start Date: A full-time position starting around February/March 2025, with flexibility for the right candidate.
  • Salary Progression:
  • Initially: £50,000 + £8,000 bonus, including a one-off £3,000 payment for timely placements in the first year.
  • Once the second home is operational: Salary increases to £70,000 + £13,000 bonus, with £5,000 per home as an ongoing bonus for achieving key goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year as a Registered Manager, preferably with a track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Expertise: Extensive experience with Ofsted processes and requirements.
  • Commitment: A proactive, child-centered leader ready to drive excellence across multiple homes.
