About the Job

As a Development Planning Expert, you will work closely with our Senior Strategic Planning Manager to prepare and implement planning strategies for our company's current and future portfolio sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful site delivery
  • Researching and developing innovative solutions to complex planning challenges
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in urban planning, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of local planning processes.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
