About the Opportunity

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Flood Risk and Surface Water Expert to join our Water Engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading projects and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery, including optioneering, design, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently.

You will have extensive experience in flood risk and surface water management, as well as expertise in strategic catchment planning and decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field and Chartered status with the ICE or CIWEM. Experience in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and the Microsoft Office suite is desirable. A full UK driving license and SC-level security clearance are also required.

Benefits

Tetra Tech offers a highly competitive salary of £90,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. We also offer internal project management training and a structured learning and development platform.
