About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned conversion leader to spearhead the experimentation strategy across 3-5 enterprise and/or advanced client accounts. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our experts to develop and execute a strategy that drives exceptional results for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the experimentation strategy for our biggest and most advanced clients
  • Developing and managing a testing roadmap to drive long-term results
  • Identifying problems with client websites through quant and qual research
  • Creating effective test concepts and solutions
  • Analysing and evaluating experiments, reporting on results and devising iterations
  • Prioritising insights and testing strategy to drive client goals and ROI
  • Collaborating with our Director of Product & Strategy to develop our approach to experimentation
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience leading strategy for advanced testing organisations
  • Client-centric approach with experience working in enterprise environments
  • Ability to actively seek out opportunities to improve and stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Emotional intelligence and high emotional quotient
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
