Youth Care Program Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Care Program Supervisor to join our team at Polaris Community in Highbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our residential services and ensure the well-being of young people in our care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of Residential Support Workers, ensuring that our home runs efficiently and effectively to a high standard. They will also be responsible for promoting anti-discriminatory and equal opportunity practices, as well as complying with legislation and company policies on Health & Safety, Fire, and Data Protection.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience of working directly with young people with challenging behaviour, and hold a Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent. They will also have up-to-date knowledge of Child Care legislation, children's home regulations, and quality standards.
