Learning Disabilities Support Assistant

Job Responsibilities- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, housekeeping, and emotional support.
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support services.
- A full valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Availability to work alternate weekends.
- No prior experience required, as we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.
- A competitive salary of £11.86 per hour.
- Enhanced pay for nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Mileage rate of 47p, plus MOT scheme and free breakdown cover.
- Free DBS check and Blue Light Card discounts.
