Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert technical assistance to the business, addressing IT and Business System tickets promptly.
  • Building and maintaining technical expertise on various IT equipment, including laptops, scanners, printers, tablets, and networks, used by Yeo Valley.
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues using logical reasoning and collaboration with end-users to create, test, and implement solutions.
  • Prioritizing and resolving support tickets and calls throughout their lifecycle while ensuring seamless communication between the business and the IT and Business Systems team.
  • Managing new business requirements through project planning and delivery.
  • Conducting site visits and providing on-site support across all YV sites.
  • Maintaining high availability and reliability of IT systems through regular maintenance checks.
  • Configuring workstations, administering Active Directory, Office 365, Teams Voice & Exchange, and managing print services.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Systems, such as Windows and Office.
  • Experience in troubleshooting IT hardware issues on laptops, printers, scanners, and phones.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to continuous learning.
