As a Specialist Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and pursue their interests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily living tasks, emotional support, and social interactions.
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement care plans, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support services, promoting independence and quality of life.
Requirements
  • A full valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Availability to work alternate weekends.
  • No prior experience required, as we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.
