Support Worker

Are you a compassionate and patient individual looking for a rewarding career in community care? We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Brunelcare, where you will provide essential support to our customers in their own homes.
About the Role:
- Provide support with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and food preparation.
- Administer medication in line with clients' care plans, with full training provided.
- Maintain individuals' independence and wellbeing, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Ensure accurate and prompt documentation of clients' care and support needs.
About You:
No previous experience or qualifications are required, as we provide comprehensive paid training, shadowing, and support to ensure your success.
- You are a naturally kind and compassionate person, able to put a smile on clients' faces.
- You have excellent timekeeping skills, ensuring clients can rely on you.
- You have a driving license and your own vehicle, as you will be required to travel between clients' homes.
Job Benefits:
- Double time on bank holidays and an extra £1 per hour on weekends.
