Job Title:
Support Worker Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker Specialist to join our team at Five Education. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with children and young people who have Special Education Needs (SEN) such as Autism or ADHD and/or mental health challenges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to pupils in a classroom setting, helping them to remain focused and achieve their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
**Responsibilities:**
- Providing one-to-one support in class or small groups
- Helping pupils to stay on task
- Building strong relationships with pupils and teaching staff to ensure optimal outcomes
**Requirements:**
- Empathy, kindness, and patience are essential qualities for this role
- A valid right to work in the UK (Visa)
- Two recent professional references covering the last two years
- Relevant DBS/Police checks or willingness to obtain
**What We Offer:**
