Pension Administration Specialist

As a Paraplanner at our firm, you will be responsible for supporting Financial Planners at client meetings and acting as the primary point of contact for client queries.
Main Tasks:
- Conduct thorough research and compile financial planning recommendations.
- Analyse client data, prepare cash flow analyses, and develop comprehensive financial strategies.
- Manage and maintain investment portfolios, ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties to ensure seamless implementation of client solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paraplanning.
- Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS) - highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning areas, including investment portfolio management, pensions, taxation, protection, and estate planning.
- Proficiency in cash flow modelling.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients or complex financial planning cases is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong technical, mathematical, and technology skills.
- Ability to manage work flow and prioritise tasks effectively.
