About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data entry and document preparation to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinating production schedules and communications to maintain smooth operations
  • Assisting with accounting and payroll tasks to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
  • Ensuring the daily office operations run efficiently and effectively
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to efficiently manage documents and data
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
