About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Student Voice team as a Student Voice Coordinator (Academic & Inclusion). This is an exciting opportunity to work with students, staff, and volunteers to amplify the voices of our members and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement key initiatives within the Student Voice Department, including event management and day-to-day support for up to 700 Student Reps, 40+ academic societies, and 10 Student Networks.
  • Work closely with the Academic Communities & Student Voice Manager to deliver objectives within the 'Student-Led' theme of our strategy.
  • Support the development and implementation of our Liberation and History months.
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure the successful delivery of our student-led initiatives.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with good experience in working with volunteers, a track record in coordinating multiple projects, and a demonstrable passion for supporting students to change the world. If you have a strong understanding of student-led initiatives and a commitment to equity and diversity, we would love to hear from you.
