About the Role:

The Student Voice Coordinator (Academic & Inclusion) plays a pivotal role in amplifying the voices of students, enhancing their experience, and upholding the values of Kent Students' Union. This position is fundamental to the organization's mission, and the successful candidate will be a key member of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Jointly coordinate and implement event management, providing day-to-day support to up to 700 Student Reps, 40+ academic societies, and 10 Student Networks.
  • Empower student leaders to drive change and improve the student experience.
  • Support objectives within the 'Student-Led' theme within Kent Students' Union's strategy.
  • Work closely with volunteers, coordinating multiple projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Good experience in working with volunteers.
  • Track record in coordinating multiple projects.
  • Demonstrable passion for supporting students to change the world.
