Job Title: Customer and Trade Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overnight team and ensure the smooth operation of the store during night shifts.
  • Manage inventory, restock shelves, and oversee warehouse deliveries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective shift plans, manage team performance, and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan and execute store activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough handovers to the next Manager at the end of each shift, ensuring continuity and efficiency.

Requirements:
