Customer Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at IN-SYNC Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prompt Call Handling: Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Active Listening: Pre-empt customer requirements through active listening and the use of multiple questioning methods.
  • Efficient Resolution: Work effectively and efficiently to resolve customer queries and concerns, utilizing all available knowledge sources and content.
  • Data Protection: Ensure all calls are compliant with Data Protection regulations.
  • Client Satisfaction: Listen to client requests, confirm all data, and reassure them through the use of positive language.
  • Product Recommendations: Suggest or recommend other relevant products offered by IN-SYNC Group that clients may find beneficial.
  • Escalation: Escalate any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Use customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement.
