Job Title: Customer and Trade Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overnight team and be responsible for the smooth operation of the store during night shifts.
  • Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure that everything is in place for the morning team.
  • Develop and implement effective shift plans and activities to meet business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan and execute store operations.

Requirements:
