Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient part-time Financial Administrator to join our team on a three-month assignment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including loading purchase invoices, bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliation, payroll administration support, credit card reconciliations, invoicing, and credit control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading purchase invoices into the system
  • Performing regular bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing payments
  • Providing administrative support with payroll duties
  • Assisting with credit control and chasing outstanding debts
  • Carrying out other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 hours per week commitment
  • Experience in bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using financial software and systems

Salary: We estimate that this role would attract a salary in the range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
