Office Coordinator

**The role will involve varied administrative work, which will involve but is not limited to the following**:
- Managing the reception area and looking after visitors
- Answering the telephone
- Assist in planning training courses and organising catering
- Managing academy stocks and re-ordering as necessary
- Responding to sample product requests
- Maintain accurate records for staff holidays
- Process lead databases and distributes to regional managers
- A multitude of general administrative and office tasks
Must be self-motivated, with a good work ethic. Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team. Show good attention to detail and possess the ability to multi task. Comprehensive computer skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 per week
