  • Process written data gathering requirements
  • Identify customer complaints
  • Process customer information change requests

Supplementary Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly incorporate ongoing business and process changes into your ways of working
  • Act upon feedback from quality checking functions, learning from any mistakes and rectifying moving forwards
  • Support other team members with their daily tasks

Experience and Skills:

Essential:

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Experience navigating multiple systems and identifying relevant information

· Ability to work to demanding deadlines

· Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets

· Ability to work remotely/independently & as part of a rapidly growing team

Rate Breakdown:

Rate: £130 per day

Equivalent Annual Salary: £26,645.39

Agreed Contractor Rate: £102.48 (Post deduction of all employer costs)

Traditional Day Rate Equivalent: £130

You will be paid via PAYE
