About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Admin Co-ordinator to join our team at Moody's Investors Service. Based in London, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of credit ratings and research.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar management: Proactively plan and manage complex calendar schedules for senior executives, ensuring alignment with team goals and priorities.
  • Travel planning: Make arrangements and provide updates on travel bookings, including monitoring for delays or cancellations.
  • Team support: Provide administrative assistance, including access management and support for new hires and departures.
  • Alignment coordination: Foster collaboration among the admin community within Insurance Solutions to drive alignment across the leadership team.
  • Network and partnerships: Serve as a key point of contact for Insurance Solutions, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and building relationships.
  • Technical skills: Possess advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software and strong English communication skills.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will also have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
